Dropped in for a quick rant about the #Confluent training platform. Keep running into small issues with the lab VMs that I'm able to fix myself but that are annoying. Caught myself wondering if noone is reporting those, why are they there? Then I tried to report one and after the canned BS reply from support I now know. Don't set up a support channel if all you're gonna use it for is to hire someone to select replies from a predefined set. Thanks, that's all. #mastorant
