@cmsdengl@mas.to particularly for road / street defects its also worth reporting them first using the website map (most Councils have them) and *then* emailling the Councillor with the incident log number you get (and maybe any others in the same area), that way neither they nor the Council can just ignore the incident. In fact merely reporting them means the Council has to spend money doing admin work and investigating the incident which Reform hate doing, even if they find some excuse for not dealing with the actual problem..
