My men tion of COAR Notify was due to @neuralreckoning@neuromatch.social asking about decentralization and @crazyeddie@mastodon.social commenting on decentralizing "something like this" in what appeared to me a hypothetical way. In the same, hypothetical way, I mentioned how cool it would be if one could one day fuse the two to get closer to what we envisaged in our paper, see Fig. 3, "infrastructure layer":
