@toga@penfount.social my redeemed code will be replaced with one valid until the 1st, so I'll be able to use it, but that's as far as they're willing to go. Sigh. Cult pens have been so good but this is a mess.

@toga@penfount.social they've updated the faq How long do I have to use my rewards? For percentage discount rewards you have earned through points, they will last 5 days. For percentage discount rewards you have earned through the refer-a-friend scheme, they will last 30 days. For limited time rewards, like free delivery periods, they will last the length of the promotional period (e.g. 7 days from when the discount is created)
