Along with this, they've changed how long discounts you redeem last from 90 days to just 5 days.

I don't see how this makes things better for us as a customer when the points we earn are worth less and we have less options, and they dodged this question when I asked them about it. 🤷

3/2 *Some people are redeeming a discount and being told they only have 5 days to use them. This goes against their FAQ, so I don't know why that's happening now. Please be cautious when redeeming if you're not able to use it in the next few days. #FountainPens #CultPens
