If you can pay, it's probably possible to have anyone on Earth assassinated, with better-defended figures costing more. Pay enough and you could probably have anyone, even the President, killed. Currently, there's a strong incentive for the BBC to pay to have Donald Trump rubbed out. Even if it cost $500 million, it would be worth it.
