According to this Instagram post: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DTzJde9jZc4/ people released by ICE from the Whipple federal building are often thrown out into a Minnesota winter in whatever they were wearing when they were abducted, without phones or ID. If they are released, it means they were legally here. They are citizens or people with valid status. ICE is punishing them for the 'crime' of being brown but not deportable. The whole organization is absolutely psychotic. It cannot be redeemed or reformed.
