They do not care about copyright violation, as stated in this censored talk of Eric Schmidt at Stanford university, they do not care one bit, they'll violate copyright laws, let the lawyers/lobbies find a way while at the same time uphold you to follow copyright.

And even if everyone gets a free pass for generated content that doesn't mean that it's still fair since the tools, code and models, for that are mostly proprietary and the hardware are massively in the hands of the same people and also proprietary. It's such an obvious trap idk how people are missing this.
