@scy@chaos.social US court is leaning towards that LLM generated code is fundamentally not copyrightable. This is a different problem to the moral issues I have with this.

@scy@chaos.social This. It's driving me crazy that the foundational models cult just doesn't even try to talk about "can we prove what information has this _not_ been exposed to" which.. is like the first question everyone else starts with 😩 @Foxboron@chaos.social
