Which means we would have to steal already enriched urainium. The bases are multi layered defence. Seismic, heat, radar. Physical fences. Elite soldiers. So, it means we need to divert some and attack the transit truck. But, they use unknown encyption to maintain internal communication. This means we need to hack the maintainers of said code. But it operates under extreme conditions. So, it might be worth offering the work to state based actors. They'll need to reverse engineer the encyption. Make a crack. Then we proxy the signal to our system and repeat it using fake GPS locale. We may not even have to pay them as access to the MSNA encryption source code would be a serious blow the the US military. Then we make out small boy and hit the data centres.
