The Sacramento Bee: Union representing Attorneys & Admin Law Judges in CA are suing to stop Newsom from demanding all State employees return to their offices to work. As a prior supervisor for the State of CA I warned employees do not push for working from home. If CA can employ people from their homes - THEY WILL PASS LEGISLATION - to hire employees from anywhere. Most physical work is done now by 3rd party contractors.
