We know what a world dominated by Xi-Putin means. •Crackdown on democracy movements (like in Belarus, Hong Kong and Kazakhstan). •Territorial expansion (starting with Ukraine and Taiwan). •Attempts to destabilize and overthrow democracy (Russian interference in elections, Beijing's "united front" strategy, disinformation etc.).
