Narwhals are realThe horn is a tooth/tusk. Specifically a left canine.Scientists observed them whacking fish with their tusk. Not stabbing! Whacking.The tusk is a secondary sex characteristic. Some narwhals don't have tusks, the same way some humans don't have facial hair. Also some narwhals have two tusks, one on each side
