BIG|BRAVE has been stretching out towards new sounds since their beginnings. Their wildest swing was probably "OST" a sound track album for a film that does not exist. Based on the singles from it so far, their upcoming LP is a bit of a retreat back towards guitar-based heaviness, but adds auto-tuned vocals and nixes drums altogether. After 10 albums of vocal chord-shredding singing, I don't begrudge Robin Wattie the auto-tune at all. But I've dropped from optimistic to cautiously optimistic over the drum thing.
