@Khrys@mamot.fr going after software companies is the issue, every country must now agree to not use software as a weapon of control, or they're admitting they reserve the choice of using it as a weapon of control. Software companies are like, "We make software, we don't dictate how it's used." Just aggregating potentialities for people to play with. Everyone's being heat mapped into a 3 dimensional digital array, discoverable by a multitude of any metric imaginable. It's no wonder we're in an arms race for AI dominance. Who's surveillance curtain does one want to live behind? Yikes.
