@alvaromontoro@front-end.social thanks for this we just had some AI grifter sort recently try to pitch this sort of message about our field (in an article misleadingly labelled in a way that would suggest the exact opposite thus causing the reader to let their guard down) and this helped me review what was being presented a bit more critically and realize how i was being rhetorically fooled
