@ninapaley@spinster.xyz Yeah, my neighborhood was built in the 50s/60s too, and we've lost alot of oaks and maples in the last couple of years. The Sweet Gums are starting to go too. My city does have a home repair/maintenance fund for low income seniors that does include tree maintenance so maybe yours does also, worth checking if the city or county has something similar.

@Notgonnastop@spinster.xyz I don't think I'm a "senior" yet by City standards, despite the ravages of Covid. I'm 58. I do get a senior discount at the movie theater tho.
