@yvanspijk@toot.community Can this happen only with pairs of unstressed syllables or also when a stressed one is part of the pair? Or in other words, what's the probability that «probability» will at some point follow /probly/ on this way and become */probility/ or something similar?

@das_g@chaos.social It can technically happen with both stressed and unstressed syllables, although in 'probility' it would be unstressed 'ba' that would be dropped.
