The grim state of things in HTS Syria. https://southfront.press/new-syria-constitution-accompanied-by-genocide-18/ As I posted about at the time, the Alawites rebelled, but after they were quickly defeated, the government began ISISrael-style killings that quickly grew out of proportion of mere reprisals. “Atrocities committed by HTS militants against the predominantly Alawite minority continues to emerge from the Syrian coast, although there are also Christians and Sunnis, who sheltered people from the massacres and were killed.” So, targeting Alawites, because they were the last regime’s base, and also those good Samaritans safeguarding Alawites.
