@partysam@mstdn.party @eb@social.coop OK, sure, but hear me out now: Excel *could already to calculation!* You're defending the decision to have a machine burn as much energy as an idling semi & waste a person's daily intake of water to try & quite possibly fail to outsource calculation from a tool that can already do it.

@jwcph@helvede.net @eb@social.coop I completely agree, it's just wasteful. Hopefully people will use AI functions strictly when necessary... or will they?
