woke up to a lovely email from a guy I've been talking to as he's written a screenplay about leaving orthodox judaism. On a whim I sent him my play, and he's suggested I enter it into a contest for jewish playwrights his dad runs! I'm really flattered, and pleasantly surprised that a first effort has gotten this sort of encouragement. it needs some work for sure, but, still, really nice😁
