In one of the shopping centers I regularly take clients to, there used to be a sign saying the food court has "over ten different cuisines".
One of the vendors closed and they changed the sign.
It now says they have "over nine different cuisines".

Wondering if they'll change the sign again whe the sandwich shop (currently under construction) opens. Do sandwiches and Subway count as two different cuisines?
