Just had the most incredible customer service from a US company. I'm calling from England, she rang me back so I didn't have to pay a fortune in calls, was adamant we get this sorted out now even though it involved another UK company (which she let me hold that call and phone them), and EVEN called me back when the phone line dropped (which was my fault, but don't tell anyone). So refreshing. Cute accent too :-)
