@rafa@mastodon.design Oh man I really feel for you. I’ve been there before. The process is panic inducing with zero agency and little transparency. It feel arbitrary and it is hard to tell if a real person is even involved. The decisions can feel very arbitrary and the wait can be intolerable. It is truly Kafkaesque. That being said, in my experience persistence and patience have worked out with Apple. Of course, your livelihood, reputation and ratings are all at risk while your users wait.
