@thisisskaly paper weight and texture. I'll spend way too much time in stores fondling pages in notebooks that will be filled with inane notes and doodles that will never be seen again. I also refuse to use simple 20lb printer paper. 25 is the minimum I'll accept, but 28lb just hits in all the right ways.
