kinda bummed that my solution to a bunch of linux headaches is putting windows in a vm if i wasn't "creative" on the computer... general use, and just fucking around on the internet, web, coding, gaming, and what have you, linux fucking rules. audio stuff? nightmare—macOS is so ahead. graphic design? sucks—both mac and windows are way better, maybe affinity will roll a linux version not sure of the solution to the audio stuff, bitwig is good on linux, but i have so many issues with the underlying audio systems, stuttering sound, drop outs, weird shit. i need to sort out some issues there when i have time; but there is some h/w just needs a driver (usually win/mac only).
