We watched the two part TNG episode Redemption yesterday. I love Klingon episodes, so that was fine. Worf's reasoning at the end made sense to me. But I know that Picard said data did an excellent job as a commander, but I thought the story actually demonstrated otherwise. He didn't communicate with or guide his crew at all. We've seen him explain numerous things while on the Enterprise, but he couldn't spare his crew or Picard a few words of explanation, even though he multitasks just fine.
