So the EHRC guidance is most of the way to being statutory guidance and while little has changed (fucking arseholes), I am greatly amused that the driving TERF ideology behind this was to *checks notes* stop men with certain appendages getting into "women's spaces". Now the guidance is that certain men with certain appendages are to use women's spaces. Amazing, outstanding work. Well done all! *slow clap with heavy sarcasm* Can we go back to minding our own business and not getting any ideas because someone we see living their lives look a bit different to what you expect?
