Jitsi is open source (Apache licence), and they seem to make it easy to run your own server; but there is a commercial company, 8x8 Inc, which owns the name ('Jitsi') and supplies a commercially supported service. Looks interesting, definitely worth trying. https://github.com/jitsi/jitsi-meet
