today i felt like a real hacker for the first time. I had a windows machine as my target. - i saw an nfs service on my target, so i looked for directories i can mount - i found one and mounted it, it was like a ticketing backend with a bunch of tickets in txt files, so i analyzed them and found a pw reset request with username and password in it - i was able to connect to the rpc service on the system and then i could pivot to another user - with that user i was able to do privilege escalation and pwn the machine What an experience!
