The Foundation itself once described her as one of a very small number of people in the world who deeply understand the technical underpinnings of the system Sorry, everyone is replaceable, and if only one person has all the knowledge of a system, you have a major management failure. People get “hit by busses” all the time - having this single point of failure is a major oversight. Maybe this will serve as a wakeup call to the organization to better manage everything.
