A friend I had just met invited me out to a concert last month. It was to an artist I’d never heard of but I was really excited anyway. This would be my first concert in over a decade. I went and, although The Black Sheep as packed, my anxiety hadn’t exploded. Buckethead was over 30 minutes late but the crowd seemed chill. He eventually came out on stage, silhouetted by dark blue lights. I learned later from a staff member that he wanted nothing else but those lights. 1/2 🧵
