Hey all, if you're on #ebay, they're updating their User Agreement to implement Arbitration if you have a dispute with them. By law you can opt out BUT the only way to opt out is literally to fill out a paper form and MAIL it at the post office to them. They reeaalllly don't want you opting out. lol Anyhow, you can find the form and the address here.
