Clearly governments don't agree. And to be fair to them, with phenomena like the recruitment of teens around Europe to perform murders through online platforms, there is a serious case about having the ability to check conversations. Even if they only use access to 18+ content as the excuse. So we need an alternative tool, something that is by definition incompatible with centralised sources of targets for these operations. And that is peer-to-peer chats, powered by mesh networks over IP, like quiet chat.
