old friend dropped by and handed me one of his guitars. this is my first time owning let alone playing one :neofox_3c:

playing technique is my only barrier to playing anything at the moment. i only ever played keyboard instruments and i have extensive knowledge of theory, i can quickly figure out notes by ear and some chords, so i should have a head start

do i really need to clamp down on guitar strings like a vise to get clear notes or am i doing something wrong
