Things like facial hair growth don't go away if you stop taking testosterone, nor do musculoskeletal changes if you start young enough for those to be optional, but body fat distribution should. Puberty blockers are reversible with few side effects, however, when prescribed for a small period of time (a couple years) to allow for exploratory therapy.
