Today, for lunch, I baked the greatest pizzas. These were:
-mozarella, onion, salami, various herbs I picked from the garden (which I cannot remember), and dry garlic
-sauce, mozzarella, mushrooms, pancetta, various herbs, dry pepper
for the sauce, i didn't use tomato sauce, but an alternative made from tomato, carrots, and beetroot. controversial, but I like this alt sauce
I also baked one extra mozzarella pizza, and some bread. Later, I shall visit the store, and pick up some wine. Maybe mistella. With it, I shall supper.

@ElDeadKennedy@shitposter.world Pizza is whatever you like. Fuck the snobs. We make our dough, then take industrial tomatoes, Spanish olives, Greek Amphissa olives, anchovies and whatever stale greens - and four mozzarellas 😁
