A Sell-By date is not an Expiration date. Milk is usually good for 5-7 days past the sell-by. Eggs often have 5 WEEKS. Dates are put on most foods so brands can ensure product quality and consistency, not edibility. If it doesn’t look, smell, or taste off, don’t pay too much mind to the numbers.
