I know that #ADHD can mean I Catastrophise but I don't know how anyone looks at the actions of the US & Israeli govts at the moment without doing so. By electing a corrupt, narcissist criminal with severe cognitive decline the US population have caused incredible suffering and immense harm to the future of humanity. In the process they have highlighted the weakness of democratic systems for controlling despots and made visible many leaders lacking adequate morals, ethics and courage.
