@GreatBigTable@mastodon.social @broadwaybabyto@zeroes.ca It is. I exchanged tweets with her a few times on Twitter long ago - she struck me as an independent-minded, fair, and unique voice. I really valued her perspective. No one should be blinded, or worse, simply for turning up at a protest. It's made all the worse by the fact that nothing has changed as a result. No accountability, and little more than a few cursory mentions by the press--and but for the grace of God, it could be any mainstream reporter.
