Perhaps the reason why it took 4,000 years from Adam's fall to the birth of #Jesus #Christ is because it took that long for a person who was sinless enough to survive carrying to term and giving birth to #God . Maybe the whole #OldTestament is the story of God's long breeding experiment to create #Mary just so #Jesus could be born.
