Print distribution (especially through Ingram Spark) takes a while. I have several listings (IS through D2D) where the cover isn't there yet - but it is my book credited to me.
So maybe this isn't a pirated copy - have you checked "extended distribution" when uploading to Amazon?

@Firlefanz@writing.exchange This book has wrong ISBN, so it is definitely a pirate copy. Also Adlibris stated they don't have connections to Amazon KDP.
