@menel I make the setup much more complicated than it needs to be, by having own container configurations on top of immutable OS. It literally may be just a skill issue on my side when I mistranslate one configuration style into the other.
I'll try again sometime soon, when I have energy to fight it.

@latenightowl@social.linux.pizza Oh I see. There isn't much documentation for that in prosody yes. Container is more of an afterthought and the devs assume people will just configure and maintain containers themselfs if they want it. (partly because prosody is so very versitsile that it's impossible to conver all setup cases anyway.) I myself do it quite old-style, no containers, just bare metal.
