@egonw@social.edu.nl @cdk@fosstodon.org Good point. I can't search on GH w/o a Microsoft/GH login. Other services let me do some searches. "getCountFingerprint" shows almost no hits, neither for CDK nor RDKit's GetCountFingerprint. So, not for this chemfp release. I don't get why people aren't experimenting more with count fingerprints.
