In today's showing of healthcare is f**ked in the U.S., a claim that I had that was processed IN OCTOBER where I have already paid my share and my old insurance has paid its share IS NOW SHOWING UP AS UNPAID AND UNCOVERED. I "owe" $4831.11 but the amount billed is $3145.42 because that insurance is no longer active... NO SHIT IT ISN'T ACTIVE THE PLAN EXPIRED IN DECEMBER, BUT IT WAS ACTIVE WHEN THE SERVICE ACTUALLY HAPPENED IN OCTOBER.
