@souldessin@noauthority.social but the state parks aren't sufficient. The more we 'develop', the worse it becomes.

@Jeroen89@mastodon-belgium.be I absolutely agree. I see development communities going up left and right where they tear down an entire forest, but then the very same people sit there and tell me I can't take down a dying tree that's right above my house. There's just undeniable levels of disconnect from reality on both sides and it's slightly frustrating. Meanwhile, we just want nature.
