As a gal who grew up with video tapes, I enjoy seeing someone use video filters that accurately recreate what TV and videos used to look like, almost as much as I hate when those filters recreate bad tracking and whatever those lines of white noise are called. Those things are more like a record skip than part of the aesthetic; just a bugbear, I guess.
