The mentioned Search engines here still use Bing/Google as their index from what I researched. Ecosia and Qwant are working on their own index but @Mojeek@mastodon.social (UK) seems like the only one producing their own results. I am trying Mojeek for the first time, so far so good.

@eelco0517@mastodon.social they built the index and are using it. https://www.eu-searchperspective.com/index.html but I don't know how many of results are from their own index and how many from others..@Qwant@mastodon.social @ecosia@mastodon.social
