A t-Shirt isn't really a thing that the doctor is wearing, isn't?
Just saw a photo of 3 in t-Shirt and thought that he looks soo, well, human.
The 15th also had two outfits with no sleeves. But the outfits were enough extra that the human vibe didn't materialise.
Other than that? Nope.
