@number6@fosstodon.org Nowadays home routers made from cheap thin plastic with some not so good performance and basic config options¹ costs >70€ 1. Like a few more possibilities than shitty ISP routers on which firewalls are limited to "profiles". So if you need to add a custom rule for specific needs… depending on you you ISP either the UI is a total pain in the ass and supports only basic rules or you can't add shit at all. @mrencyclopedia@retro.pizza
